Refund Policy
A refund is available when purchasing any
tangible item from us in accordance with your statutory rights. In
addition we also provide a 14 day "satisfaction guarantee".
This includes a right to return any item within 14 days provided it is in its original condition at the time of delivery.
Non tangible items, including:
- Wi-Fi Zones Vouchers
- Broadband Internet Service
- Telephone Services
- BlueWave SMS Credit
Are NOT covered by this satisfaction guarantee. However
should
any service purchased fail to meet the minimum specifications under which it was sold, a full refund will be issued.
Nothing within the policy affects your statutory rights to claim a refund for any product or service delivered or supplied by BlueWave Communications Ltd.
