Q. What is the maximum length of an SMS message sent from your gateway?
A. Standard SMS messages may contain up to 160 standard characters. Using a concatenated SMS message it is possible to send text messages up to 460 characters in length. You will be charged 5p for each message used. Certain special symbols may use up to two characters within a text message.

Q. Do you provide delivery reports? Is there an additional charge?
A. Our service includes full delivery reports as standard .These are provided free of charge.

Q. What is a flash message and do you support them?
A. Flash messages are displayed on a handsets screen once only. They cannot be stored onto the phone. This type of message can be usefull for alerts, advertising and other content that doesnt need to be stored. Our platform allows you to send both standard and flash text messages.

Are there any additional charges beyond the 5p per message?
A. No! We only charge for messages sent. You will not be charged a monthly rental, account maintenance or any other fees that you weren't expecting. We built our brand on trust and this is reflected in our clear and transparent billing.

Q. Why is your service cheaper than other telecom's companies?
A. It's pretty simple really. We deliver messages via partner networks all around the world. So if your sending a message to someone in Greece, we will deliver i t directly to their mobile network at wholesale rates. The savings are then passed onto you.
